International Student Guide

The International Student Guide provides information and links to community resources to assist international students settle in York Region, which is north of the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The App includes an interactive map and information on housing, banking, health care, employment, recreation, transportation, and much more. This tool functions offline on your mobile device. The information can be viewed in ten languages in addition to English. The goal of the App is to give you, the user, the information you need to make it easier to settle into your new community while you study. The York Region International Student Guide was developed as a part of a joint initiative by the York Region Local Immigration Partnership, Seneca College, York University and the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services. Funding provided by the Government of Ontario.
